The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating effective support of the leadership team and assisting in defining, leading, and tracking of projects. The focus will be to assist in keeping deliverables on-track and meeting project objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success leading design and construction projects
- Bachelor's Degree required with formal education in architecture, planning, engineering, or construction management
- Architectural, food service design, and technical engineering knowledge and awareness
- Construction oversight experience
- Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required by project assignments
- Exceptional judgment, integrity, and the ability to build partnerships with diverse groups
- Ability to assess and identify appropriate project resources and consultant needs
- Working knowledge of health inspection review and process for dining facilities
- Working knowledge of hazardous materials, identification, and remediation means & methods
- Working knowledge of design and construction legal documents and contractual terms and conditions
