Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment in the profit center and/or customer locations, as well as providing customer assistance and resolving customer questions and complaints. The position requires a high school diploma, solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances, and effective communication and customer service skills.
Requirements

- Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Acceptable driving record and a qualified driver's license
