Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented team at Redford Barracks, Edinburgh. The role involves leading kitchen operations, preparing dishes to spec, and managing food production. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, kitchen management, and culinary skills, with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- SVQ Level 2&3
- Calm under pressure, organised, and ready for a trade test
