Aramark UK are recruiting a Sous Chef to join their team in Central London. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to ensure minimal wastage, food quality, and brand standards, as well as supporting the Head Chef and managing the service counter.
Requirements
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning)
- Excellent team player and communicator
- DBS and security checks required
