Aramark is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at St. Bonaventure University. The successful candidate will have previous supervisor experience and be able to train and manage kitchen personnel. The Sous Chef will be responsible for estimating food consumption, requisitioning food, and ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance.
