Job description
We are looking for a Team Lead in our Commercial Lines Department to support our customers and team members across MA and CT. The ideal location would be in our Fall River or Norwood Massachusetts office. The Team Lead serves as a subject matter expert regarding process, workflow, and the ownership of escalating and resolving complex issues.
Consistently serve as an available, approachable, and flexible resource for team members. Influence without authority by building trust and respect among peers, fostering teamwork and unity, and promoting a diverse, inclusive environment that values new ideas and perspectives.
The Team Lead position offers a unique understanding on how the different functions of the department work together to support our internal and external customers as well as organizational initiatives. Success will be measured by the Team Lead’s ability to effectively support new hire onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
