Job Description
Arbor Lodging is seeking a Group Sales and Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of group meetings and local catering. This role involves managing accounts, achieving sales goals, and representing the hotel at events. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-driven, and possess excellent communication and organization skills.
Requirements
- Manage local and national Business Travel accounts
- Ensure financial and sales goals are met or exceeded
- Prepare and complete annual RFP's
- Conduct hotel site inspections
- Maintain detailed account files
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual room night and revenue goals
- Represent hotel at trade shows
