Job Description
As a Structured Asset Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting Arbor's structured loan portfolio, including SFR, Build-to-Rent, and Structured Bridge assets. You'll assist with financial analysis, market research, borrower communication, and investor reporting, ensuring that loans remain in compliance and perform as expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, or finance
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with loan servicing systems a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
