Director, Accounts Manager - Treasury Operations

Arbor Realty Trust is seeking a Director, Account Manager – Treasury Operations to oversee domestic bank account structure, treasury systems, and related compliance activities. The role manages a portfolio of 900+ bank accounts and ensures accuracy and consistency across treasury systems and bank platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in treasury operations, bank account administration, or financial controls
• Experience with Kyriba or comparable Treasury Management System
• Strong understanding of bank KYC requirements, treasury controls, and system access governance
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
