Job Description
We are seeking a Treasury Management Officer to join our team in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to improve themselves and possess excellent client interaction skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills. The role involves sales management, client service excellence, and risk management, and requires a strong understanding of Treasury Management products and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience
- CTP certification is strongly encouraged
- Minimum of 4 years Commercial Banking /Treasury Management experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role
- Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals
- Possess a strong desire to constantly strive to improve oneself
