Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a treasury management/commercial banking sales
• Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals
• CTP certification
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to influence the outcome of a sales process
• Powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients
• Demonstrated ability to articulate the benefits of strong working capital management solutions to clients
• Proven product and sales knowledge sufficient to help mentor new team members
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Basic proficiency in PC software (MS Office)
• Technical Treasury Management competencies
