Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Vice President, Technology Platforms & Operations and Vice President, Engineering Excellence, including scheduling, travel management, and presentation materials. You will work in a high-paced and hyper-growth environment and partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent business acumen
- Great time management skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
