Executive Assistant

Treewalk is a company that works with ambitious founders and operators, and they're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team in Vancouver. This is a hands-on, in-office role that combines executive support, recruiting coordination, office management, and people operations.

Requirements

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day executive support
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and manage candidate pipelines
• Support hiring processes from application to onboarding
• Help run onboarding and maintain internal documentation
• Keep the office organized and handle day-to-day operations
• Assisting with internal events and team activities
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving
