We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative guidance and support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior administrative support capacity
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in creating presentations and spreadsheets
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
