Job Description
As a Fit & Pattern Specialist - Temporary, you will partner with Product Development Teams to ensure a consistent level of quality, fit, and performance in product, while also educating and supporting development teams on fit theory and grading considerations.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in production patternmaking, grading, and fitting
- Undergraduate Degree in apparel design or other relevant field, equivalent industry training/certification or related business experience
- Expert level knowledge of sizing, fitting, and body shapes globally
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and CAD patternmaking
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Effective balance of autonomy and collaboration
- Proactive in identifying and solving issues
- Passion for work and outdoor activities
