Commercialization Specialist

As a Commercialization Specialist, you are responsible for managing products from design approval through to production readiness, supporting our ability to deliver on time and providing an exceptional consumer experience. Your innovative and solutions-focused approach to development and commercialization ensures that each product you work on meets Arc'teryx design intent, supply chain requirements and contributes to our ability to scale in a skilled capable manufacturing base.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in product development (developing product/process) with a focus on technical, innovative apparel and equipment
• An Undergraduate Degree OR equivalent industry training, certifications, or related business experience
• Experience effectively communicating with, and travelling to domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers
• Experience in product costing and negotiation skills
• A comprehensive understanding of design intent, product aesthetics, construction, production and fit
• A complete understanding of the product lifecycle process - from ideation to consumer
