Job Description
As a Lead at ARC'TERYX, you will be a key member of the store leadership team, leading a talented group of Product Guides and facilitating the guest experience. You will be product-obsessed and seek out ways to evolve our practices, and prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same.
Requirements
- One or more years of leadership experience
- 1-2 years of retail experience
