Lead

As a key member of the store leadership team, the Store Lead will lead a talented group of Product Guides and facilitate the guest experience. They will work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager to prioritize the connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. The Store Lead will be product-obsessed and seek any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how the product performs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• 1 or more years of leadership experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
