Lead - Full Time

Lead a talented group of Product Guides and facilitate the guest experience as a key member of the store leadership team at Arc'teryx. Product-obsessed and passionate about customer service, you will prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. You will be responsible for supporting product guides in delivering a world-class guest experience, championing floor leadership and exceptional guest experience, and building community by actively sharing brand information and event specifics with the team and guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• 1 or more years of leadership experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
