Job Description
As a Lead at Arc'teryx, you will be a key member of the store leadership team, leading a talented group of Product Guides and facilitating the guest experience. You will be product-obsessed and seek opportunities to get outside and experiment with the product. You will prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same.
Requirements
- One or more years of leadership experience
- 1 – 2 years of retail experience
- Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong time management skills
