Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• 1 or more years of leadership experience
• Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
• Ability to set a clear vision, align team around common goals, and foster commitment to objectives
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and adapt to daily business needs
