Job Description
As a Lead at Arc'Teryx, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Guides and facilitating the guest experience. You will be a key member of the store leadership team, working alongside the Assistant and Store Manager to create a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail experience
- 1 or more years of leadership experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
