Job Description
As the Manager, Pattern Maker, you will provide leadership to the pattern team and support to the development team in their efforts to develop a consistent level of quality, fit, and performance, promoting the Arc’teryx brand as one that exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in patternmaking and production
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Ability to work from pattern blocks or from sketches
- Knowledge of garment construction, grading specialty
- Experience using Gerber PDS & Accumark
- Experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated management skills
- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
