Requirements
- 2 years of industry experience related to materials and trims
- Degree or diploma in Materials Science, Textile Technology, Product or Textile Design, or equivalent industry experience
- Working knowledge of design and development process from inception to final adoption
- Extensive knowledge of trim materials and construction
- Thorough understanding of trims and textile manufacturing
- Previous materials laboratory testing experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM systems
- Physical ability to handle small boxes and rolls of fabric
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
