Senior Pattern Maker

As a Senior Pattern Maker, you will partner with the Design team to create patterns that meet Arc'teryx quality, fit, and construction standards. You will work on technical and complex products, lead by example, and provide support and mentoring to Pattern Makers.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience as a Pattern Maker
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry training, certification, or related business experience
• Solid knowledge of Gerber Accumark tools or equivalent digital patterning program
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Experience patterning technical outdoor products
• Knowledge of grading
• Ability to work from pattern blocks or from sketches
• Knowledge of garment construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Effective English skills in both verbal and written communications
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to identify the root cause of issues
• Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
• Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
• Passion for the work and a passion for getting outside and living it
