Requirements
- 2+ years in a 360 recruitment or senior delivery role
- Experience in tech, finance, or executive search (agency or hybrid)
- Proven billing track record and hunger for more
- Consultative mindset and strong communication skills
- Confidence, drive, and natural ownership of outcomes
