We are building a great professional network for future openings within our Architecture team, with a specific focus on upcoming Architect I for Industrial Projects roles.
Requirements
- Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work.
- Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame.
- Work to ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction, championing care and proactively working with internal stakeholders (GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, GEC Project Leads from other disciplines (MEP & Structures) and US & Canada Project Leads/Reviewers/Approvers.
- Can execute or assists in Design tasks independently from Lead (US/ Canada) Office.
- Can initiate concept ideas and later produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings as per codes and design requirements, using BIM (SD to CD).
- Can also execute Design Management tasks during Construction phase up to Building Use Stages (Concept to CD).
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works.
- Revit project experience is a must.
- Experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., Manufacturing, Data Center, Warehouse, Power & Energy Infrastructure, Oil & Gas refineries etc.).
- Experience working with an international team is an advantage.
- Proficient or have knowledge in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and problem solving.
- Excellent in communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
