Associate, Architect (Living)

Arcadis is looking for an Associate level, Residential and Hospitality experienced Architect to take a role in their Living studio supporting the delivery of major residential, hospitality and mixed use projects and the management and running of a range of smaller projects.

Requirements

• RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
• A background across UK projects, specifically Hospitality and Residential
• Experience of working on larger projects as part of a team and day to day leadership for smaller projects
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and relationship-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM experience
• Naturally you’ll have a strong knowledge of building regulations, design standards and best practice
