Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Architect with experience in designing and delivering small to complex Mixed Use and Residential projects from start to finish for Arcadis Living practice in the UK.
Requirements
- Minimum University Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Registered with the ARB (UK) as an Architect
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit
- Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
- Strong knowledge on Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and relevant British Standards for Mixed Use and Residential development
- Strong knowledge of building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards
- Good understanding of Accessibility design standards
- Great critical thinking skills with the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage project deliverables
