Arcadis is a global partner that leads impactful projects and helps clients make sustainable choices. The Campus Recruiter will support the management of recruitment activities, including attracting and selecting graduates and interns, and deliver talent in various disciplines to the company.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and business-level English and French
• Experience with Early Careers roles, preferably in high-volume, high-paced recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to influence and advise stakeholders
• Ability to provide candidate-centric experience and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
