As a Campus & Early Career Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our young talent strategy, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, entry-level, and junior positions across all departments. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce while ensuring an exceptional candidate and intern experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment in a consultancy or corporate role.
- Strong interest in attracting and developing early career talent.
- Experience as a Campus Recruiter is a big plus.
- Experience with stakeholder management and educational partnerships.
- Skilled in project coordination and content creation for employer branding.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive and organized approach.
- Strong event organization skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
