Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and manage the multi-disciplinary design delivery process across complex buildings projects and deliver high quality design outcomes that meet the scope, budget, program and safety requirements of the project.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in project and design management working on major/large-scale buildings projects
• Background in technical design delivery (building engineering or architecture)
• Experience working with partners and contractors in different contractual arrangements
• Ability to negotiate, influence and communicate technical knowledge to a range of stakeholders
• Sound commercial background and ability to assess risk
