Job Description
We are seeking a Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design teams across key market sectors. The role will involve leading complex building projects, overseeing quality and design governance, and providing leadership and mentoring to discipline leads.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience
- Substantial hands-on technical delivery before moving into multidisciplinary design leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading complex building projects across sectors such as healthcare, aviation, sports venues, commercial or transport infrastructure
- Strong client-facing capability with the ability to represent the full design team at senior level
- Clear understanding of programme management, commercial awareness, risk mitigation and integrated design delivery
- Strong technical foundation that enables you to guide specialists and maintain credibility across multiple disciplines
