Design Manager - Building Engineering

We are seeking a Design Manager - Building Engineering to lead multi-disciplinary design teams across key market sectors, including healthcare, aviation, sports infrastructure, defence, education, and transport infrastructure. The role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary design coordination, acting as the primary client lead, and overseeing quality and design governance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience
• Substantial hands-on technical delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex building projects
• Strong client-facing capability
• Clear understanding of programme management, commercial awareness, risk mitigation, and integrated design delivery
