Financial Project Assistant

Financial Project Assistant sought to support project administration work for multiple project managers and operations in the New England Area. Responsible for tracking project progress, preparing reports, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3+ years of related experience.
• Finance background or coursework.
• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience with client billing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
