People Operations Specialist (French Speaker)

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and quality HR administration support to the business, managing requests through the HR Helpdesk platform (People Assist), working within defined service level agreements. The role requires processing of moderately complex requests which require analysis, investigation, critical thinking and collaboration with colleagues and 3rd parties.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR (preferably in HR Shared Services) or customer service experience is preferred
• Language capability: English and French (C1 level)
• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications
