Principal Mechanical Engineer - Building Services

We are looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer with previous experience working in a consultancy environment to join our Places Design Practice. In this role, you'll be delivering elegant and efficient mechanical design solutions on exciting and challenging projects for key clients. You will be responsible for leading the mechanical design on larger projects, working collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.

Requirements

• A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Chartered Engineer (CEng)
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Prior experience working in a consultancy environment
• Ability to support and lead junior engineers
