Project Manager - Building Engineering

Arcadis is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with an engineering background in buildings to join their team. The role will involve managing industrial, commercial, and institutional building projects from start of design to completion of construction, and ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• Minimum 8+ years full time experience in Project Management with projects related to industrial, commercial and institutional buildings
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and contract documents
• Registered or eligible to be registered with Professional Engineers is a must
• PMP Project Management Professional certification completed or in progress is desired
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and be able to independently write reports and correspondence, as well as take part in proposal submissions
