Project Manager - Building Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with an engineering background in buildings to join our team. You will work within a talented and supportive team and take a lead role in key civil, institutional, and commercial buildings projects. Our team works with clients around the world to create, support, and enhance smart, safe, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and thrive.

Requirements

• Direct and manage project delivery
• Manage industrial, commercial, and institutional building projects
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress
• Oversee and ensure contract administration deliverables are completed
• Review and analyze contractor activities
• Supervise and perform quality assurance acceptance and inspection
• Coordinate specialty inspection and testing
• Liaise with the contractor and client representatives
• Chair and lead project meetings
• Negotiate price agreements, change orders, claims, and work directives
• Drive the requirements and analysis phase of the project
• Develop and maintain a detailed status, activities, and issues report
• Facilitate regular stakeholder and project sponsor meetings
• Work with Business and Executive to establish meaningful, key metrics
• Conduct post-completion analysis of all projects
