Senior Project Manager (Building Engineering)

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager with an engineering background in buildings to join their team. The role involves managing building projects from start to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget performance, and driving a solution-oriented attitude within project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• PMP certification
• P.Eng certification
• Minimum 12 years of experience in transportation planning, transit, and transit garage, facilities or infrastructure planning and design
• Minimum 5 years of experience on transit projects managing scope, schedule, budget, risk registers, and leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and contract documents
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Familiarity with current software Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel and Word
