We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction for our Anchorage, Alaska office. The successful candidate will have at least 9+ years of experience working in the Alaskan construction industry and be well-networked with suppliers, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
- 9+ years of Senior Project Manager experience in the construction industry in an âOwner Representativeâ role
- Professional accreditation in a relevant discipline (Construction Management, Cert. Construction Administrator, Cert. Construction Manager) or related project experience
- Strong technical skills related to project software
- Ability to obtain access to U.S. Military Installations
