Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-discipline construction projects in Alaska. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in construction project management, including budget preparation, cost estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Prior experience in Alaska's rural construction industry is required. The position involves leading project teams, developing proposals, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements
- 9+ years of related construction project management experience
- Prior experience in Alaska's rural construction industry
- Advanced technical knowledge of field construction concepts and methods
- Ability to lead project teams and develop proposals
- Valid state driver's license
