Senior Project Manager, Submittals

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Submittals to support heavy civil and rail infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will manage the submittal process, oversee the submittal team, and ensure compliance with project requirements while supporting efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within construction, engineering, or infrastructure project environments
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role related to submittals or document control
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with construction contract requirements and project delivery processes
