HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment communities. Requires certification, 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- HVAC/EPA Certification required
- 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
