2-5 years maintenance experience, high school degree, and HVAC certification required
Property Manager
Minimum 3 years experience in residential property management, strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
Maintenance Technician
At least 18 years old, 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Leasing Consultant
High school diploma, customer service-oriented mindset, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Property Operations Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or related field preferred. Prior experience in property operations, asset management support, accounting, or financial reporting strongly preferred
