Requirements
- Prepares Market Ready apartments
- Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on community equipment
- Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns
- Reports any maintenance concerns
- Maintain resident privacy
- Ensure all maintenance items are kept in a safe area
- Delivers superior customer service
- Attend in-service training and education sessions
- Work with vendors
- Knowledgeable of state, local, and federal fair housing laws and must follow all safety/OSHA requirements
