Job Description
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional living experience for residents by performing maintenance, repair, groundskeeping, and other duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The position is responsible for responding to resident service requests, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and upholding safety standards, all while fostering a positive living environment.
Requirements
- Prepares Market Ready apartments
- Performs routine interior and exterior community maintenance
- Responds to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
- Maintains resident privacy
- Ensures all maintenance items are kept in a safe area
- Delivers superior customer service
- Attends in-service training and education sessions
- Works with vendors as instructed
- Knowledgeable of state, local, and federal fair housing laws
