Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties to ensure well-maintained, high-quality communities for residents. The role requires strong customer service skills and a passion for problem-solving.

Requirements

• Prepares Market Ready apartments
• Performs routine interior and exterior community maintenance
• Responds to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
• Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, common areas, as well as equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and any hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Maintains resident privacy and receives proper authority prior to entering resident apartments
• Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner
• Attends in-service training and education sessions
• Works with vendors as instructed
