Job Description
We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide maintenance support and deliver on our commitments to our residents. The role involves interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundkeeping to ensure the beauty, safety, and well-being of the community. The successful candidate will respond to resident service requests, supervise maintenance staff, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years previous maintenance experience preferably in a multi-family housing environment
- HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications required
