Job Description
Arcan Capital is seeking a Property Operations Specialist to support asset management and operations through elite-level data execution, reporting accuracy, and operational analysis.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Experience with property management systems (Yardi preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion and professionalism
